Overview

The Panorama Chamber is an easy to use large format, parallel plate, imaging flow chamber that is compatible with all forms of microscopy. The chamber base is the same size as a standard 96-well plate 128mm x 85mm, therefore no ‘stage adapter’ is needed to interface a microscope. The system utilizes 64mm x 50mm coverslips with a 50mm x 36mm maximum viewing area for panoramic, high‑resolution imaging of cells, tissues, and suspended specimens.

Panorama Chamber Starter Set Includes all items needed to use the chamber right out of the box:

  • Chamber base – 128mm x 85mm
  • Pressure / Perfusion piece
  • (5) pack of Microslides
  • (20) pack of gaskets consisting of 5 upper gaskets
  • 15 interior gaskets
  • (100) 64mm x 50mm coverslips

  1. Perfusion Tubes – 316 stainless steel perfusion tubes permanently welded to the Perfusion Pressure Plate to interface perfusion tubing. Available with 1.5, 1.0 or 0.5mm ID tubing
  2. Perfusion Pressure Plate – Spacer machined with 316 stainless steel and perfusion tubes.
  3. Upper Gasket – Applies pressure to ensure seal on chamber, prevent leakage, and allows for perfusion.
  4. Microaqueduct SlideAn optical surface which integrates perfusion, high-volume laminar flow, and koehler Illumination.
  5. Lower Gasket – This gasket can have any internal geometry you desire and comes in standard thicknesses from .1mm to 1mm. This allows you to define the volume and flow characteristics of the chamber.
  6. 64x50mm CoverslipSurface where your cells are grown. #1.5 thickness German Desag 263 low alkaline glass.
  7. Chamber Base – Aluminum base with 96 well plate geometry (127.7mm x 85.4mm) for universal fit to any microscope.
  8. Slide Lock – 316 Stainless steel, Designed to assure parallel uniform closure.
  9. Thumb Lock – easy to use  lock to keep the chamber closed for transport or translation.
