Series 6 holds specimen‑plane temperature with ±0.2 °C precision in the mammalian range and ±0.5 °C up to 99 °C, without overshoot or undershoot, while time‑stamped logging and four thermistor inputs provide fully traceable environmental records. By coordinating chamber and objective heating, it eliminates hidden temperature gradients, protects high‑NA objectives, and replaces multiple controllers in long‑term time‑lapse, perfusion, stress/heat‑shock, and other demanding live‑cell workflows.
